Step 2: Set up an account with our Online Maintenance Manager

To set up your account get started here. Simply send us the email you would like to use as your account username along with the website maintenance package you’ve chosen and we’ll take care of the rest!

Step 3: Start requesting website updates and changes

Simple start sending all of your website changes and updates that you require through the Online Maintenance Manager and we will apply those updates to your site.

Overview

With our Online Maintenance Manager you can track the progress of your change requests and communicate with the project manager if you need to- It’s an easy way for you to insure that what the changes you require are in fact getting done. Below you will see examples of how the tool works.

Dashboard

1) Late items appear at the top in red 2) Your logo goes here 3) Anything due in the next 14 days shows up here 4) Your project list 5) Latest activity across your projects.

To-Do Lists

1) Add as many to-dos as you want 2) Completed to-dos are moved to the bottom
3) Private lists for your eyes only (flip between private and open anytime).

File Sharing

1) Files are listed with icons, names, and descriptions 2) Sort by date/time or from A-Z
3) Group related files by category.

Message boards

1) Messages appear in reverse chronological order 2) Attach files and images to message just like you can with email 3) Your logo here 4) Categorize messages (create as many categories as you’d like).
